Returns: Once orders are placed and in progress, we cannot cancel them due to the individualized nature of each order and the allocation of supplies. Because our jewellery is uniquely made-to-order, all items are final sale, and no returns are accepted. Non-defect returns will not be accepted if transit control tags marked “If tag removed, no returns accepted” are removed, destroyed, or misplaced. For proper care of your jewellery, please refer to our care guide. We are happy to repair most manufacturing faults; however, please note that each pearl and gemstone used is naturally unique, with slight variations in size and detailing.
If you receive damaged jewellery, please contact us using the contact us form with your order number and attach high-resolution images of the damage. We will review the issue on a case-by-case basis. Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping fees once authorized after review.
Conditions: For any authorized returns, the item MUST be returned in the original packaging. Items that are incorrectly packaged and subsequently damaged during shipping cannot be replaced. Items that have been worn or damaged deliberately or accidentally are not considered faulty and will not be accepted.
Refunds: Refunds will only be processed after an authorized return is approved. Once the item has been reviewed and inspected, we reserve the right to offer in-store credit, price adjustments for future orders, or, in exceptional cases, a refund to the original payment method.
