Australia Domestic Shipping:
Once an item is shipped, we are no longer responsible for its handling and delivery. We do not refund packages lost in transit. Similarly, we cannot refund or replace packages that are confirmed to be in transit or marked as delivered but were stolen or not received. Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure to avoid any delivery issues. If a package is marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address, it will be reissued once received back and will incur a shipping fee.

International Shipping:

International duties and taxes are NOT included in the total at checkout. The buyer is responsible for all customs declarations and associated charges. When an international order is placed, please note that if a government postal service is selected as your shipping option, once the parcel leaves Australia, it is transferred to the destination country’s postal service. This may limit tracking updates compared to private services (e.g., FedEx, UPS, DHL).
